Lawyer
Evan Morden is a junior associate at our firm with a broad practice encompassing personal injury, employment law, and general civil litigation. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law in 2021.
Prior to attending law school, Evan garnered experience from various industries including energy, hospitality, and manufacturing that gives him practical insight into the issues individuals in these industries may encounter.
Spearheading legal practice into the digital world, Evan maintains an almost entirely remote practice – meeting clients anytime, anywhere.
At home, Evan is a father of one, a self-proclaimed iron chef, and an enthusiast for all things outdoors.

Evan has an expansive interest in litigation. He has experience with serious personal injury and fatality matters, commercial contract disputes, bylaw prosecution, landlord and tenant issues, and employment matters including wrongful dismissal claims and policy implementation. Evan co-hosted a seminar for the Central Alberta chapter of Chartered Professional Accountants in 2021 providing practical advice on navigating covid-19 in the workplace in terms of vaccination and masking requirements. He has prosecuted numerous municipal by-law charges in Traffic Court and has appeared in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.
