Kush Pasricha

Kush Pasricha brings together a background in law, business, technology, and project management, with a growing focus on the practical application of artificial intelligence within the legal sector.

Kush holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Following his legal studies, he was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and successfully qualified in the All India Bar Examination, receiving his Certificate of Practice from the Bar Council of India.

After coming to Canada, Kush further developed his understanding of the Canadian legal environment by pursuing a Legal Assistant Diploma at Red Deer Polytechnic. His combination of Indian legal training, Canadian legal education, business studies, and professional experience provides him with a cross-disciplinary perspective on legal operations and emerging technology.

As Project Manager – AI Transformation & Digital Innovation with Donna Purcell QC Law, Kush works on initiatives aimed at integrating artificial intelligence, automation, and digital solutions into legal and administrative workflows. His work includes exploring opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, coordinate technology-driven projects, and support the firm’s broader innovation objectives.

Kush is particularly interested in the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, access to justice, and digital transformation. He believes technology can play an important role in modernizing legal services while allowing legal professionals to focus more effectively on the people and communities they serve.
