About Zoey
Zoey recently graduated from Red Deer Polytechnic’s Legal Assistant Program in June 2025 and joins Donna Purcell QC Law following the successful completion of her practicum with the firm. She brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong commitment to learning and gaining knowledge from the experienced professionals around her.
During her time at Red Deer Polytechnic, Zoey was a dual-sport athlete, competing on both the Women’s Basketball and Cross-Country teams. Her athletic background has instilled in her a strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for thriving in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, Zoey is an avid runner and community supporter. In May, she participated in the Million Reasons Run, dedicating over 160 kilometers to raise funds for the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton. She also gives back to the local community by coaching a Sylvan Lake girls’ club basketball team, where she was once a player herself.
Zoey is excited to begin her professional journey with Donna Purcell QC Law and is dedicated to supporting the legal needs of the Central Alberta community.
